Overview
Develop a visually appealing and functional packaging system for a private label brand that captures the attention of grocery shoppers, communicates quality and value, and fosters brand loyalty by encouraging repeat purchases.
Final Packaging

Objectives
01
Ensure the packaging reflects the private label’s brand identity clearly, creating a distinct visual language that customers can easily identify across product categories.
02
Design a flexible system adaptable to different product categories within the private label brand, ensuring consistency while catering to various target audiences.
03
Develop packaging that stands out on shelves, using appealing visuals, colors, and layouts to draw grocery shoppers’ attention.
Challenges
01
This was the first project I created using typography, and it was a completely new experience for me. Prior to this, I had no idea how to choose fonts effectively or how to pair them in a visually appealing way.
02
Ensuring the design didn’t resemble a children’s toy. Taking a more playful approach with the illustrations made it difficult to create a packaging system that struck the right balance without feeling overly childish.
Branding
Logo
After numerous sketches and revisions, this logo represents the final design. It’s simple yet playful, deliberately crafted to stand out. Analyzing competitor logos revealed the opportunity to create something unique by incorporating a fun, modern touch.

Typography
This typography was chosen for its modern, simple, and delicate appearance. It pairs with the logo and its overall appeal and distinction. The main font is Aurora and the secondary font is Myriad.
Colors
After extensive color exploration and adjustments, a complementary scheme for each item proved to be the most effective. This approach allows for easy adaptation across various items by adjusting the darkness and lightness, creating packages that are unique yet cohesive.
